LOST PROPERTY
We always do our best to reunite you with your lost property. If you are contacting us over a missing item, please use the drop down menu provided, and describe the item with as much detail as possible – including the date you visited us and where in the venue, you had last seen the item.
Please note that, we might not be able to follow up your lost property request until the next Thursday, following a weekend. However, we strive to reply via email, as quickly as possible and reunite you with your item (s).
Unfortunately, we don't accept lost property requests via Facebook or Instagram messages.
To prevent loosing your favourite jacket or bag, we provide a fully staffed Cloak Room.
You MUST ALWAYS cloak large bags and jackets. All found items left in public areas might have been taken to the cloak room by staff or security.
Please take care of all of your valuable items – in fact, we suggest that you don't bring out anything of great value.
Cloaked items are given a numbered tag and we'll ask you to present your tag to collect all belongings, so it's important not to loose your tag.
